Return Policy

Our products are medical and consumable in nature. For hygiene and health-safety reasons, no returns or refunds are accepted once an order has shipped, regardless of the reason. Please review your order carefully (products, quantities, delivery address) before completing payment. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or if we made an error (wrong product or quantity shipped), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After review, we will send a free replacement.
